Trafquip releases eSTOP video explaining set up

The eSTOP portable traffic signals allow traffic controllers to operate from a safe distance, ensuring the site is a safe workplace and traffic controllers are away from the hazard zone.

The equipment has undergone rigorous testing and development. It is approved by the Department of Transport and Main Roads and is registered under the Electrical Authorities Council.

eSTOP portable traffic signals can be used anywhere a stop/slow baton would normally be used. Fail safe features ensure no two green lights can be displayed at the same time. The traffic signals are operated by a small handheld remote controller from a distance of up to 400 m with the option to increase distance.

The eSTOP comes ready to hire with a 15 hour full battery life charge and it is easy to assemble with adjustable legs. It includes two traffic lights per set and matching remote controllers.

The eSTOP-M includes the same features as eSTOP, with the added feature of controlling more than one eSTOP with one device. We will supply the quantity of signals needed for your job requirements with eSTOP-M.
