Emma Russell from Altus Traffic Australia, was recently honoured with the Rising Star Traffic Controller of the Year Award. Emma entered the Traffic Management industry in 2017 and has since demonstrated an enthusiastic approach to her work, gaining knowledge about the industry and its standards, and showing a keen interest in her clients' work. Emma has actively pursued learning opportunities and worked her way up to become a leader in her field. She believes in leading by example and is a shining example of excellence. The first-ever Rising Star Traffic Controller of the Year Award was sponsored by Trafquip Pty Ltd, and we are thrilled that Emma was the recipient.
